Breaking Glass Ceilings
In Indonesia, women still earn 23% less than men. Many women lack the facilities, access and support for education and career opportunities. Our founders experienced firsthand how many visible and invisible challenges are faced by women in the workplace. Fueled by the determination to break the stigma, they came together in August 2021 to address the pressing gender disparities in the Indonesian patriarchal society.
Fempire quickly grew from a team of 3 to a career-focused community for over 900 changemakers providing them with resources and support to achieve their ideal future selves.
As a result of Fempire's events, mentorship programs, and social outreach programs, the importance of education and employment has been successfully raised.
Fempire offers professional development focused on areas like entrepreneurship, finance and technology through seminars, mentoring sessions, workshops and social outreach programs for women to stay ahead of trends and build confidence in their work-related pursuits.
